The 2026 edition will be held at Hotel Olympik Congress, U Sluncové 14, 186 00 Praha 8. All tournaments, including accommodation and breakfast will be organized in the Olympik Congress area, higher quality rooms can be ordered in Hotel Artemis which is situated next door and has a direct entrance to the playing area as well.

• Welcome pairs: Friday, Nov 13 – 22 deals
• Teams: Saturday & Sunday, Nov 14-15 – 7x8 deals Swiss, 3x10 deals in Finals
• Main pairs: Sunday & Monday, Nov 15-16 – 2x26 deals

We will arrange accommodation, including breakfast, at the Olympik hotels. You pay a single price for the full package, which includes the entry fee. Entry fees for players organizing their own accommodation will be collected separately (50 EUR).

Tournament package include

• 3 nights in a double/triple room at the Olympic Congress Hotel, including city tax (no additional cost)
• Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Participation in all tournaments

Tap water is high quality in Prague, probably even better than bottled water in the shop. We recommend that you bring bottles with you and refill them in your room or in the restrooms. The supermarket is a 3-minute walk.

What is not included

• Lunch & dinner – individual arrangements in the nearby shops and restaurants (1-10 min walk). The price per meal at the restaurant is typically between 7 and 15 EUR.
• A single room has an extra cost – 210 EUR total.
• Higher-quality rooms in Hotel Artemis for an extra charge – +5 EUR per night.
• Extra night before or after the event – +40 EUR per night in a double/triple room, +65 EUR per night in a single room.
• Drinks and refreshments in the hotel bar 🙂
