General style:
→ Double is negative showing other Major (both Majors)
→ New suit is forcing, 2nd-level promise INV+
→ 2nd-level jump in the new suit is INV with 6-card
→ 3rd-level jump is natural preemptive
→ 2NT is natural after 1♣/♦, INV+ with fit after 1♥/♠

Opps preempt on the 2nd level 
Milan's system

General style:
→ double is variable
→ New suit on the 2nd level is natural and NF!
→ 2NT is conventional and variable
→ 3♣ is transfer to diamonds
→ 3♦  is transfer to the other Major
→ 3OM is natural, INV with 6-card

Opps preempt higher

General style:
To keep it simple, any bid is GF!
→ double is showing honor strength and is (semi)balanced 
→ New suit on the 3rd level is natural and GF!
→ 3♦ after 3♣ or 4♦ after 4♣ shows both Majors
→ 4♣/♦ after 3♥/♠ overcall is a 2-suiter with the other Major, but can be also 6m4M or 55
