You grant this consent to MM Bridge s.r.o. (with its registered office at Nad Uzlabinou 708/7, Prague 10, 108 00, ID: 087 60 241, registered in the Public Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague) in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, the Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, and the related legal regulations processed the following personal data: e-mail, name, surname and billing address.

We process these data so that we can create an account to access content on our website and to create login information, and, in case you purchase from us, to process your order and issue an invoice. We process it for the duration of the MM Bridge s.r.o, but for a maximum of 10 years.

When you register to the Member section on milanbridge.com or when you purchase any of our services, we feel legitimate interest to send you up-to-date information about the news in the Member section and “milanbridge.com” website, but for a maximum of 10 years from your last order.

When you gain free access to the member section or you register to our newsletter, we will send you the newsletter with updates on our website. You expressly consent to the above processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to info@milanbridge.com or a letter to MM Bridge s.r.o., Nad Uzlabinou 708/7, Prague 10, 108 00 or using the link attached to each newsletter.

We consider personal data to be confidential and will not be passed on to third parties without the consent of personal data subjects or legal obligations. In addition to MM Bridge s.r.o., personal data will also have access to third parties (GOPAY, FAPI, SmartEmailing) – processors who provide appropriate warranties and who’s processing meets the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, and which ensures the proper protection of your rights.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to: withdraw your consent at any time, ask us for information about the processing of your personal data, request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data, request access to us and to update or correct these data, to request the deletion of such personal data, and to contact us or the Personal Data Protection Authority in case of any doubt regarding compliance with the personal data processing obligations.

What we collect and store

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password.

We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing addresses.

If you sign in to the Member section for free, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, surname and email address and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Creating an access to the Member section
  • Inform you about the news in the Member section and “milanbridge.com” website

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us:

  • Order information like what was purchased and when it was purchased. Customer information like your name, email address, and billing information.
  • Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:

  • FAPI – to issue the invoices
  • SmartEmailing – to send news about our websites and Member section
  • GOPAY – to provide the payments

Payments

We accept payments through GoPay or a direct bank transfer. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to GoPay or your bank, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
